Insurance & Fees

Deciding to attend therapy is a courageous decision and an investment in your well-being. Let's shed light on the cost and policy aspects of therapy, so that you can make the best decision for you.

  • Initial Intake (60 minutes) - $200

    Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) - $150

    Family Therapy Session (55 minutes) - $175

I accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as FSA/HSA funds. You can pay for sessions using the secure client portal.

  • I am an In-Network Provider with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, and Oxford Health Plans. If I do not currently accept your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a superbill. You can submit the superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that whether or not you receive reimbursement for therapy sessions is based on your insurance policy.

Contact Headway for more information regarding billing.

  • Life happens and unexpected circumstances arise from time to time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.

  • Under federal law, if you don't have health insurance or are not using any to pay for services, your health care provider must provide you with an estimate of your bill for services before they're provided. This document is called a Good Faith Estimate.

Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to:

Receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services upon request or when scheduling services.

Receive a Good Faith Estimate in a way that is accessible to you.

Have your provider explain the estimate to you upon request.

Dispute a bill for services that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call 1- 800-985-3059.
